LEAN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT
Lean Effective Management (LEM) is a combination of lean management with the principles of efficiency, which aims to improve processes by reducing waste. In the 21st century, we want the processes, both at work and in private life, to run quickly, efficiently, without errors, at a low cost (especially with the current inflation). For this reason, considerations related to LEM are in place today. As the topic of Lean Six Sigma has been close to me since 2020 and, in my opinion, it is a component of intellectual capital management (in reference to which I have prepared my doctoral dissertation “The role of intellectual capital in enterprise management”), I have created the LEM methodology – business change projects enterprises that produce effects in both material and non-material dimensions, short and long-term. The first ideas of LEM are: The LEM Code, as well as LEMka in The Element of Savings. I invite you to read.

Mrs. doctor Monika Zadluzna is an ambitious and deeply loyal person towards her employer.
She constantly strived to raise her professional qualifications. The work she was commissioned for property analyzes, qualitative indicators and statistics provided a great added value for the company. She has the good teamwork skills. She is open to new challenges and quickly learns by acquiring knowledge from other areas of energy activity. In 2016, she defended her doctoral thesis. The written work fully confirmed the deep knowledge and creativity in achieving the goals.
