It was the beginning of 2016, when I felt enormously tired of events related to family tragedy, the fight for professional development, and the fight for the completion of my doctoral dissertation.

Mrs. doctor Monika Zadłużna, under my supervision, conducted research on intellectual capital in the energy sector in Poland, combined with the analysis of the global electricity market. As part of the project, she showed exceptional perseverance and systematicity. The skills acquired during the work on the project, combined with extensive practical experience in the ENERGA Group, are a rare mixture of competencies that is extremely valuable to employers in the energy sector.

Mrs doctor Monika Zadłużna is a very cheerful, communicative person, and she quickly makes contact with students. Thanks to her wide competences and extensive experience, she perfectly fulfilled her duties as an academic teacher. Her activity and qualifications in the area of finance analysis deserve a special distinction. It is also worth noting that dr Monika Zadłużna was very often involved in the organizational life of the State Higher Vocational School in Kalisz.
