Obtaining the PhD degree

I received the PhD degree in economics in December 2016 at the University of Economics in Poznań. The decision on the title of my research project “The role of intellectual capital in managing the energy sector enterprise” was shaped by two factors. The first is the fact of work
in the energy sector company, the second is interest in the dependence between intellectual capital phenomena and enterprise value. The symbiosis of these two facts has contributed to a further view of work in the energy sector. Writing a doctoral thesis was a huge physical, intellectual and financial effort. However, CONSERVING your time and energy, deepening your own, creating new knowledge for others, gives immeasurable results. All this for your development and looking at the future change.
Each of us has a different definition of success. My definition consists of contributing to the development of science by transferring my own analyzes, research, thoughts on paper to the service of others. My success is an individual way to fulfill my dreams of fulfillment. One of them was the doctor’s degree. Because it is worth having dreams to give the color of our lives another change! DREAMS are KNOWLEDGE, it’s DEVELOPMENT, it’s CHANGE.
